My path to this work began long before my professional training.
After experiencing a profound tragedy in childhood, I found myself carrying questions that stayed with me for years. As I struggled through my own challenges, I became deeply interested in understanding what helps people heal, grow, and create meaningful change.
That curiosity eventually became a lifelong journey.
For more than three decades, I have explored personal growth, emotional healing, resilience, and transformation—first through my own experiences and later through professional training and years of working with clients.
For over two decades, I have had the privilege of helping people navigate anxiety, grief, self-doubt, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the patterns that keep them from fully trusting themselves.
What I've learned, both personally and professionally, is that meaningful change doesn't come from forcing, fixing, or endlessly analyzing yourself.
It comes from changing the patterns beneath the patterns.
Many of my clients come to me after trying countless approaches to feel better. What they often discover is that understanding a pattern and changing a pattern are two very different things.
My role is to help you reconnect with the wisdom, confidence, clarity, and strength that already exist within you.
